Download Novi to your Apple TV and iOS Device.


1. Download the iOS App

Scan this QR code using the Camera app, click this link, or search Novi in the App Store.
Login using your email and password.

2. Download the Apple TV App

Search Novi in the App Store. Open Novi and a code will be presented to you.

3. Link your TV to your account

Using either the website or the iOS app.
Website: Go to https://gonovi.com and login. Click your name in the top right corner -> Settings -> Manage (next to your organization's name). Under Add Device enter a name for your device and the code displayed on your TV. Click Add Device.

iOS App: Login -> Tap your picture in the top right corner. Under Add Device enter a name for your device and the code displayed on your TV. Click Add Device.
Note: TVs update every 10 min during the day, updates are paused during the middle of the night using the TV's local time. You can always force an update by navigating to a page, highlighting any item. Press and hold, choose refresh on the pop up menu.

4. Customize your Account

On the website go to Settings, then choose manage next to your organization. Under Custom Categories you can reorder by dragging the arrows or edit a specific cateogry by clicking edit. Here you can modify the colors. Add a category by filling out the form and clicking add.

5. Add More Users

Go to Settings, then choose manage next to your organization. Under Users in this organizations: type in their email and click Add User. If that email already has a Novi account they will now have access to your organization. If it is a new email it will show you their password, please write it down. After you leave this page you cannot access their password again.
